Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping RateS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping InformatioM
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shonti Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the information before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Shonti Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
However, if you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

We currently ship within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.
