At Shonti Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
